Excellent new patient appointment! Everyone on the staff were friendly and knowledgeable! Loved having the option to ask for a blanket since I do get cold easily! I enjoyed the playlist while getting my teeth cleaned! Everything that was done was described in detail! Will most definitely be returning for my future cleaning appointments!

Honestly, I deeply regret coming here. I brought my 8-week-old baby in for a lip-tie evaluation after it was pointed out by a family member. At the time, my baby was gaining weight well and transferring milk without difficulty, and I had no pain while breastfeeding. The provider did not ask me about any of these things, yet I still felt pressured to proceed with a lip-tie release because I was told it would improve my baby’s latch. Afterward, I learned that current American Academy of Pediatrics guidance recommends reserving these procedures (especially solely a lip tie release) for babies with significant functional feeding problems after nonsurgical options have been tried and that it is not proven to help with breastfeeding as it is a normal oral structure. I later met with our lactation consultant and baby’s pediatrician. They agreed that the procedure had not been necessary because my baby was feeding and gaining weight well. Weeks later, his latch has not improved and he now has new oral aversion to bottles. I’m a nurse from Minnesota and was only in North Carolina visiting family, so I wasn’t familiar with the providers in the area. Even with my medical background, I was

I typically don’t like going to the dentist based on previous experiences, but I love Infinity Smiles! They have amazing staff, they’re very informative, and they do their best to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend 10/10!

10/10β€”I highly recommend Infinity Smiles! Dr. Brazile and Dr. Moorehead, along with the entire staff, made my experience amazing. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. If you’re planning to have a lot of dental work done, they also offer flexible payment options, which has been a huge help. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

My first experience at Infinity Smiles was exceptional from start to finish. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The dental hygienist was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain each step along the way. Dr. Brazile was equally impressiveβ€”cordial, attentive, and very clear in explaining everything in detail. I truly appreciated how the entire team walked me through the process and made sure I understood my dental health and treatment options. The office is equipped with the latest technology, which added to the overall confidence I felt in the care I was receiving. I left my appointment with a clear plan, no unanswered questions, and a strong sense that I’ll be well taken care of moving forward. Highly recommend!
